Orders are shipped from 4 to 6 working days
Availability is written inside each product.
Shipments are made exclusively by courier.
In exceptional cases the final delivery time may differentiate. e.g. for some hard-to-reach areas and islands, also in times of emergency or heavy workload.
In the event that the product has been sold out by mistake from our warehouse, at the same time as the supplier/importer, we will contact you directly to recommend similar products. In this case you have options
a) to wait for the product of your order until it is available again,
b) choose a different product
c) cancel your order.
In the event that your order has been pre-paid and you are not satisfied with a similar product, your money will be refunded immediately.
